If I could describe my idea of a perfect wedding with the most beautiful details, sweetest bride and rockstar vendors - THIS WOULD BE IT! Seriously, everything about this whole day was absolutely magical. The Farmhouse in Montgomery, Texas was the absolute perfect setting with its gorgeous white washed walls and beautiful oversized windows with tons of natural light pouring in. The ceremony was on the lawn under the string lights with a floral covered arch and their closest friends in attendance (AND a rainbow appeared during their vows - it was literally perfect). The reception had a full band (brought in from New Orleans) and some amazing food. The whole night was just incredible and I am so honored to have been apart of the celebration.
I truly wish nothing but the very best for Meg & Blake as they begin their new journey as husband and wife.

Meg + Blake: A Beautifully Blush Wedding at The Farmhouse
Cover Shoot for Austin Wedding Style Magazine at Pecan Springs Ranch
For this wedding inspired cover shoot, we we're asked to design something that was playful, colorful and themed without being too much of a birthday party feel. I think we nailed it (but of course I do, since I designed it) but the real questions is, what do you think of this fun look. Would you be so bold to create your wedding around a "floral fiesta" theme?
The beautiful round flower arch, the beer burros (donkeys) and the bright colors are some of my favorite details. I also love the incorporation of terra-cotta details and that hand painted wedding cake! Pecan Springs Ranch just outside of Austin, TX was the perfect venue for this shoot.
This whole shoot is featured in the March/April 2017 magazine of Austin Wedding Style.

Rachel + Justin: Cue the Confetti! A Wedding at The Woodlands Resort
Greenery galore + a little burgundy + confetti + stunning details = DREAM WEDDING! Bridesmaids in mismatched navy & blue gowns with overflowing bouquets and handsome groomsmen all lined up set the scene for what was sure to be an amazing ceremony. From the 18 foot floral covered gazebo to the confetti exit, we are totally in love with this (golf) course side ceremony. Over 200 guests witnessed the new Mr. & Mrs. exchange vows and a first kiss under the Houston sun. Guests then enjoyed a cocktail hour with lots of bubbly and a photobooth that had "giant heads" of the bride and groom as props. One of my favorite details from this wedding are the kokopelli pins the bride, Rachel, gave to all of the men to wear in honor of her groom's late father who loved kokopelli's! Rachel also had her grandmothers beaded vintage crown that she wore on her wedding day - it was such a special touch! The invitation really set the mood of this wedding (check out those vintage stamps and that envelop liner!) but I loved that the design was carried though out every detail including the programs, seating chart, menu cards, place cards, bar signs and gift signs. The deep hues of the burgundy stationary really popped against the florals and gold accents throughout the reception setup. The wedding cakes has a beautiful cascading florals down it's 4 tiers and in southern tradition, the grooms cake is all chocolate. Giant marquee letters welcomed guests as the entered the reception. Everyone danced the night away with the sounds of LG Entertainment filling the space and flashing light up sticks with the couples hashtag really turned the night into a party. I think you'll agree, the wedding is both beautiful and fun!
